Having spoken with Lisa at your office (who I must say was very friendly, professional and helpful) -- I'm writing to thank you for agreeing to deliver the chair today to Joyce Dean in Brighouse.

It's going to make a huge difference to Joyce, she's 93 and only a few days out of hospital following a hip replacement operation.She was expecting the chair yesterday and, as you may know, it couldn't be delivered because Joyce couldn't get to the door in time.

Her granddaughter Jo (my partner) will be there to receive the delivery between 4.30 and 5.30 today.

It's refreshing to know that there are companies like yours out there who will go the extra mile.
